Illumina Microarray Services
We are a certified CSPro Service Provider offering the entire Illumina range of microarrays. These cover a wide range of human and non-human applications:

• SNP Genotyping and CNV analysis (up to 4.3 million SNPs)
• Methylation profiling (interrogates more than 450,000 methylation sites)
• Gene Expression analysis
• Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded Tissue (FFPE). Both SNP Genotyping and Methylation analysis can be carried out using FFPE tissue
• Custom Microarrays. Custom SNP microarrays can be designed containing between 96 and 1,000,000 SNPs.

Affymetrix Microarray Services
Our Affymetrix GeneChip System enables us provide a complete range of solutions for RNA and DNA analysis:

• Gene Expression (comprehensive range of microarrays covering multiple species)
• miRNA analysis (allows analysis of miRNA and precursors from 131 organisms)
• SNP Genotyping and CNV analysis
• Drug Metabolism Analysis using the DMET microarray
• FFPE tissue can be used with a wide range of Affymetrix microarrays including miRNA, Gene Expression and SNP Genotyping.
