Although Gen-Probe has an internal recruiting staff that successfully fills most positions, we may occasionally seek assistance from Recruiters/Staffing agencies and truly value the relationships we build and maintain with trusted staffing partners.
However, for the protection of all parties involved in the recruitment/hiring process, resumes will only be accepted from Recruiter/Staffing Agencies if a signed agreement is in place and a search has been authorized for a specific position. Unsolicited resumes submitted to Gen-Probe from Recruiters do not constitute any type of relationship between the Recruiter and the company and does not obligate Gen-Probe to pay fees associated with hiring from those resumes.
Recruiters interested in establishing a relationship with Gen-Probe may submit company information, along with references, to jobs@gen-probe.com.
