Gen-Probe expects 100% from each employee. In exchange, Gen-Probe gives a lot back to employees in addition to pay and benefits.
We have a summer picnic for employees and families and a lavish holiday party for employees and a guest.
During the year we have a golf tournament, an occasional tennis tournament, and company sponsored softball and basketball teams.
From time to time we offer in-house aerobics and yoga classes.
We believe in supporting activities that benefit disadvantaged people or raise funds for worthy causes. Many of our employees regularly participate in walks to raise money for charities, help feed the homeless, contribute to charitable organizations, and volunteer their time for causes meaningful to them.
